General information
1.1These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the webshop www.foelsgaarddesign.dk, which is owned and operated together with our physical shop and workshop by:

Prices and payment
2.1At Følsgaard Design, all prices are stated in DKK and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice.
2.2We accept payment by Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and MobilePay. No card fees are charged. The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is dispatched (except for special orders made according to customer specifications, where the amount is charged upon ordering).
2.3If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds are reserved on your card or account until:
2.3.1We charge the amount when we dispatch the item, or
2.3.2The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

3.Delivery and shipping
3.1Følsgaard Design dispatches orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed and received before 4:00 PM on these days will be dispatched the same day. Orders received outside these times will be dispatched on the next dispatch day.
3.2We deliver using GLS. Items are shipped with or without home delivery to the delivery address or the parcel shop specified when ordering. Shipping prices range from DKK 35–49. GLS usually delivers your parcel 1–2 business days after dispatch. You can therefore expect your parcel to be delivered 1–5 business days after ordering.
3.3In the event of capacity issues at the selected parcel shop, the parcel may be delivered to an alternative parcel shop.
3.4Følsgaard Design only delivers to addresses in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
3.5Items can be collected from Følsgaard Design’s physical shop and workshop located at Kongevejen 202, 2830 Virum, Denmark, during the shop’s opening hours. You will be notified when the item is ready for collection.
4.Right of complaint
4.1A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act when you shop with us as a consumer. The right of complaint covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. You may have the item repaired, replaced, receive a price reduction, or receive a refund, depending on the specific situation. If the item is a special product with no remaining copies, replacement is not possible.
4.2The right of complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the item. You must submit a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely. Følsgaard Design will cover reasonable return shipping costs if the complaint is justified.
4.3Returns in connection with complaints
4.3.1When returning an item in connection with a complaint, the item must be sent to:

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted. The item must always be returned directly to Følsgaard Design in secure packaging. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the defect and a copy of the order confirmation. In the case of a justified complaint, we will cover reasonable shipping costs.
4.3.3We offer a return label for returning an item. If you wish to use our return label, please request it by contacting us at: kontakt@foelsgaarddesign.dk. In the email, please state your order number. We will send you a return label by email, which can easily be printed and attached to the parcel. If you choose not to use our return label, please remember to obtain a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your reasonable shipping costs in the case of a justified complaint.
5.Right of withdrawal
5.1As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
5.2If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving the item that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Notification can be given by email to kontakt@foelsgaarddesign.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form found below in section 9 of the terms and conditions. You must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing delivery or failing to collect the parcel from the pickup location.
5.3Items exempt from the right of withdrawal
5.3.1Items that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a clearly personal touch, such as the addition of a name, year, or similar, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
5.4Right of withdrawal and returns
5.4.1When returning an item in connection with exercising the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

When returning the item, please include a copy of the order confirmation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you are liable for any damage that occurs during transport.
5.4.3We offer a return label for returning an item. If you wish to use our return label, please request it by contacting us at: kontakt@foelsgaarddesign.dk. Please include your order number in the email. We will send you a return label by email, which can easily be printed and attached to the parcel.
5.4.4The item must be returned to Følsgaard Design without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
5.5Condition of the item upon return
5.5.1You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store.
5.5.2If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time it is received in return. In some cases, this may mean that only the shipping costs are refunded. To receive a full refund, you must test the item without actually using it.
6.Refund
6.1If you withdraw from your purchase of an item bought in our webshop, you will receive a refund. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
6.2When exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal.
6.3We will refund the amount using the same means of payment as used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you provide documentation that the item has been returned.
7.Complaints procedure
7.1If you have a complaint about a product purchased from our webshop, you may submit a complaint to: kontakt@foelsgaarddesign.dk.
7.2If we are unable to find a solution, you may submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
7.3To submit a complaint, the item or service must have cost at least DKK 1,220 and no more than DKK 100,000. A fee is charged for processing the complaint.
7.4When shopping on an e-marked webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge by e-mærket, regardless of the amount. Read more here.
7.5If you reside in Denmark and have traded with a seller outside Denmark but within the EU, Norway, Iceland, or the United Kingdom, you may submit a complaint to Consumer Europe here.
7.6If you reside in another EU country, Norway, or Iceland, you may contact the Consumer Europe office in the relevant country.
